The Thai Patent Agents Society (TPAS) is a dedicated community comprising proficient patent practitioners in Thailand. Our primary aim is to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders from both public and private sectors, thereby propelling Thailand's patent system towards advancement. TPAS is committed to elevating the standing of this profession within the legal and scientific domains.

TPAS comprises patent agents registered with the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) Thailand, as well as, a diverse membership base consisting of various individuals engaged in the patent field in Thailand, including, partners, associates and paralegals of intellectual property firms, lawyers, patent consultants, researchers, scientists and engineers.
